Ashcroft AI Beta Participant Agreement (Superseded)

Superseded on 2026-08-25. The private-beta protections now live in the Terms of Service.

As of Terms of Service version 1.1-beta, the confidentiality and beta-evaluation provisions

that previously lived in this standalone Beta Participant Agreement are part of the Ashcroft AI

Terms of Service (Section 6, Private Beta Program; Confidentiality). Beta participants accept

one agreement set at signup: the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.

If you accepted the 1.0-beta document set, the exact text you accepted is preserved permanently

and is unchanged by this consolidation. Your acceptance record continues to name that version.
